Sometimes teams face exceptional challenges and individuals within the team may not have yet developed the inner resources to face and contribute fully to these challenges.

This workshop takes delegates through a series of exercises and tasks to develop their inner resources so they face the challenges with genuine excitement rather than fear and apprehension. The team is coached in how to support team members to maintain this enthusiasm throughout the challenge.

Any team who are genuinely are facing tough challenges. Attendees must have a degree of openness and honesty.

How the workshop is run:

Depending on the challenge it may be appropriate to have confidential discussions with the management / team members before the workshop
