Team Building Workshop - Coaching

A fun, learning workshop that builds the team to achieve it's own objectives and support company goals.

 

Objectives:

  • Improve team performance, results and motivation through coaching.

 

Content:

While many companies are 'on route' to building a coaching culture, not everyone understands the difference between training, coaching, management and leadership. This can lead to de-motivation and a falling off of results. Whereas if managers and teams understand the various 'roles' and clearly communicate which role they're engaged in at a specific moment in time, results can improve dramatically.

This workshop will look at the similarities and difference between training, coaching, leadership and management and practical ways of getting the most of of each. Attendees will explore a number of approaches to coaching which can be used within a team or with colleagues and friends. They will be able to apply a number of approaches to help both themselves and their colleagues to improve results.

Recommended attendees:

Any team who are genuinely interesting in developing their coaching skills. Attendees must have a degree of openness and honesty.

How the workshop is run:

The workshop is highly experiential with a mix of learning from workshop content, workshop games and attendees input.
