A fun, learning workshop that builds the team to achieve it's own objectives and support company goals.

Content:

Apparent lack of confidence can often be easily addressed although sometimes it can be a symptom of other issues.

The workshop takes attendees through a variety of approaches to build their confidence, starting with the idea that individuals with apparent lack of confidence, may simply be setting themselves too low personal goals. Attendees will be given a number of confidence boosting techniques.

It needs to be stressed that confidence is NOT a substitute for competence, and sometimes a key part of increasing confidence is to have a pragmatic and realistic plan to develop competence.

 

Recommended attendees:

Any team who appears to lack confidence in certain situations. Attendees must have a degree of openness and honesty.
