Content:

Modelling is a natural but under used approach to improve performance.

The workshop tales delegates through three approaches to modelling performance. The first involves simply asking good questions, listening  and eliciting strategies, the second second is an approach called 'logical levels' and the third  involves intuitive learning.

To get excellent value from the workshop it is important that the skills to be modelled are discussed and agreed beforehand.

Any team who are genuinely interesting in moelling new skills. Attendees must have a degree of openness and honesty.
