Team Building Workshop - NegotiationA fun, learning workshop that builds the team to achieve it's own objectives and support company goals.
Objectives:
Content: Negotiation is a critical business skill, on its own or part of the sales process. This workshop takes delegates through what's important in any negotiation, from setting up the rules, being able to walk away, trading concessions when beneficial and closing. The attitude and skills of great negotiators are considered and demonstrated.
Recommended attendees: Any team who are genuinely interesting in negotiation and improving their negotiation skills. Attendees must have a degree of openness and honesty. How the workshop is run: The workshop is highly experiential with a mix of learning from workshop content, workshop games and attendees input.
