Content:

Great planning is needed when the targets are tough and difficult to achieve.

This workshop takes delegates through what's required to produce a motivating plan to successfully achieve an end goal, including understanding the end goal, where the team is now, and the steps and resources to reach the end goal. The workshop will then look at the team capabilities and outline each members timeline and milestones to achieve the end goal to a high standard.

Recommended attendees:

Any team who are genuinely interesting in planning in such a way that they will dramatically increase the odds of reaching their goals with the best result, in the shortest time and the most learning and satisfaction. Delegates need a degree of openness and honesty.
