This workshop takes delegates through each of their key stakeholders, their key drivers and craft messages for each that when delivered will increase the value and profile of the team in each stakeholders eyes and ears. A contact plan will be developed so that each stakeholder can be "managed" effectively.

Other routes to raise the teams profile will be explored including "raving fans", PR and social networks networks.
