A fun, learning workshop that builds the team to achieve it's own objectives and support company goals

Objectives:

  • Improve inter team working and relationships

  • Build understanding and better business working with internal and external sales

Content:

A series of activities to enable internal people to understand the current pressures and challenges on sales people. In addition the workshop will look at profiles of good sales people and the most effective ways of helping them as well as the various steps in a typical sales cycle and the best way of helping both sales people and the end customer.

The attendees will also play roles in how to help sales people who currently appear to be 'mavericks' or 'fighting the system'. Attendees must have a degree of openness and honesty.

Recommended attendees:

Any teams who interact with sales people. Normally a maximum or 10.

The workshop is highly experiential with a mix of learning from workshop content, workshop games and attendees input
