Team Building Workshop - Values

A fun, learning workshop that builds the team to achieve it's own objectives and support company goals.

Objectives:

• Identify the "real" values of your team

• Improve individual and team motivation

Content:

"Values" cannot be forced on anyone. This workshop explores what the real values of the team members in a work context, and what has to happen for those values to be realised. They are then explored in the context of company values and any variances explored. They are then confirmed and if appropriate published.

Recommended attendees:

Any team who are genuinely interesting in working better together. Attendees must have a degree of openness and honesty.

How the workshop is run:

The workshop is highly experiential with a mix of learning from workshop content, workshop games and attendees input.
