Team Building Workshop - Winning

A fun, learning workshop that builds the team to achieve it's own objectives and support company goals.

Content:

While their are lots of ways to "Win",  most winners share a number of characteristics. They are clear what success look, sounds and feels like, they have a challenging but realistic plan, they "celebrate" achievement  and learn from rather than "beat themselves up" when events don't go to plan. They are ruthlessly honest about what is and isn't working. 

The workshop establishes what 'This team' as a "winning team" looks, sounds and feels like. A plan is then built to achieve it, including  how successes will be celebrated  and how problems identified and tackled.

Recommended attendees:

Any team who are genuinely interesting in Winning. Attendees must have a degree of openness and honesty.
