This fully facilitated team building workshop concentrates on metaphor and storytelling skills. Stories are an immensely powerful tool for communicating complex concepts easily and they are also a powerful influence tool.

Some people think that the word 'story' means that something is untrue or made up - this is not necessarily the case. In this workshop, we use the word 'story' to refer to a style of presentation that is engaging, fascinating and enlightening. This style creates curiosity, anticipation and emotional engagement in the audience. Would that ability be of value to your team?

In this workshop, you'll work on your storytelling skills as a way of delivering presentations with great impact. We'll use these same skills to create metaphors and stories for team goals and achievements.
